I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Coach Moorhead for six years as a youth coach and private instructor for my son. What impressed me the most about Coach Moorhead is his natural inclusion of relatable concepts to help my son make connections to lacrosse and other things he is familiar with. He takes the time necessary to teach the goal, make sure it is understood, and give feedback on execution. My son demonstrated tremendous growth after only five sessions. We look forward to working with Coach Moorhead more in the future.

We have worked with Coach Moorhead in multiple capacities. Coach Moorhead has been our head coach and a private instructor. Working with him as a private instructor he does a fantastic job of not only teaching the fundamentals and stick skills but also how to play the game and your position. My son had multiple lessons with Coach Moorhead and grew leaps and bounds as a player and a person, which had now taken him to Culver Military Academy to play lacrosse.

I have known Coach Moorhead for quite some time and I can say with complete confidence that he is one of the best coaches and mentors I have ever had. A dedicated coach who individualizes his advice and teaching techniques for each and every player he comes into contact with; his love for lacrosse is unparalleled in my experience, and I played the game for almost ten years. He has an innate ability to diagnose a specific issue, and prescribe the best remedy for it. Perhaps most importantly, Coach Moorhead envisions attainable success and is adept and creative when it comes to carving a plan to reach a stated goal.
